Two local organizations partner together to host networking event

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - Are you having trouble filling open positions at your business? If so, you might want to attend the networking event called Spark: Tips to Help You Hire in 2021.

The CO and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce are partnering together to host the event to help business owners find the right candidates to hire.

The CO is a co-working maker space in Jackson, where members have access to a workspace outside of their home to meet clients.

Since the pandemic, many businesses have been experiencing major hiring issues so this event will hopefully give you the assistance you need to get your business back on track.

The event will feature Ben Ferguson, the President of Personnel Placements, as the guest speaker.

The CO is excited about hosting the event and giving valuable tips to business owners who want to learn something new.

“I think it’s great to just come to learn, right. The second you think you’re an expert is the second that you fall behind. You know you got to always be on these topics when it comes to your own business or the business you work for. I think that it’s one of the few opportunities in Jackson, in west Tennessee, to attend a free small event to learn something,” said Dan Drogosh, the Operations Manager at the CO.

The event will be at the CO building on 541 Wiley Parker Road in Jackson this Thursday at 7:45 a.m.

Admission for this event is free, but you are encouraged to RSVP online at the CO’s website or on the CO’s Facebook page.
