The Amp announces its 2021 concert series

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - The Jackson Amphitheater, also known as the Amp, announced their 2021 concert series this morning at City Hall.

This will be the sixth performance season since last year’s event was canceled due to COVID.

This year the concert series will be kicking off July 9th and continue until September 17th.

Some musicians included on the performance list are the Jimmy Taylor Blues Band, King Beez, Stacy Mitchhart, and Kimberlie Helton.

Organizers at the Amp are glad to host the concert series again in the hub city.

“Music is a big factor of what we are promoting for the city of Jackson so naturally, we are excited about having the music at the amphitheater return,” said Jimmy Exum, the Chairmen of the Amp Committee.

The concerts are free to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.
