JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - The Tennessee Department of Transport No Trash November campaign was a success!

The litter prevention campaign more than doubled the 20,000-pound goal of removing 46,067 pounds of litter.

The department says more than 1,000 volunteers participated in 56 cleanups around the state.
