Do you want to be a part of sports history in west Tennessee?
You have the opportunity to help name the new baseball team coming to Jackson
“We want people to be a part of it. We want them to come up with names, crazy, nique different, something that people can hang their hat on,” said prospect league commissioner Dennis Bastien.
The contest will run until March 31st. Then they will select the Jackson 5 finalists.
All you have to do to submit a name is
1) go to playballjackson.com
2 ) Click onto the "name your team" link
3) complete the form and submit
The first 500 unique names submissions will receive a commemorative two-dollar bill.
