Multi-Employer Regional Job Fair happening this Thursday

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - Are you or someone you know looking for a job?

Don’t miss out on the Multi-Employer Regional Job Fair happening this Thursday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

You can attend this job fair in four different locations, which are Dyersburg, Humboldt, Huntingdon, and Union City.

The job fair is the first of its kind and a partnership between the American Job Center and Northwest Tennessee Workforce.

A representative from the Northwest Tennessee Workforce says this job fair will be a great opportunity for people to meet and greet with several employers.

“We are certainly hopeful that job seekers will take advantage. To our knowledge, there has never been an event of this kind held for sure in the Northwest Tennessee region, where an event is happening with over 80 employers, just short of 100 employers. Plus, one virtual location all hiring and interviewing and making job offers on the spot,” said Meleia Evans, Business Services Representative, Northwest Tennessee Workforce.

The Humboldt location for the job fair is on Main Street at the American Job Centers of Northwest Humboldt Higher Education.

The job fairs in Dyersburg, Huntingdon, and Union City will also be at the American Job Center in those respective cities.
