Mercy Me concert coming to the ballpark at Jackson

Six-time Grammy-nominated band Mercy Me is performing live and in person on Thursday at the ballpark of Jackson. The Contemporary Christian artist will be performing with Micah Tyler.
The doors open at 6 and the concert begins at 7 on Thursday. The show is nearly sold out but there are still some tickets remaining.
Marcus Sabata the general manager for the Jackson Generals says, “If you’re still interested in tickets, there are still some tickets that are available. You can go to rush concerts.com you can go to mercy.org, we’ll have a full line of concessions that will be open for the show, so come on out bring your family and have a good time."
Over three thousand tickets have already been sold and people are excited to see a well-known Christian band come to Jackson.
“I think it’s an awesome thing to have a group like mercy me, who’s very well known, tons of people know their songs, just to have come to this community and to just spread the gospel in a different kind of way," says local church staff member Eli Creasy.
On Thursday night the stage will be set, the band will be tuned up and the crowd will be excited to see some music.
