Mausoleum at local cemetery back open after suspension

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - A local cemetery's mausoleum is back open after their suspension was lifted.
Back in September, the Tennessee departments of Commerce and Insurance suspended Highland Memorial Gardens because of reports of a strong pungent order, air conditioning units not working, and leakage of bodily fluids from the crypts.
The management company Stonemor Inc. confirmed that the air conditioning units and roof are fixed in the mausoleum.
Stonemore Inc. also says there are a few more aesthetic things to do, but the mausoleum is open to the public.
