Jackson Mayor Scott Conger tests positive for COVID

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - Jackson Mayor Scott Conger confirmed on his Facebook page Sunday that he has COVID.

He said in the post that he, his wife, and his son tested positive for the virus.

Mayor Conger says the symptoms have been mild for them.

He also said both he and his wife are vaccinated and hopes that will keep the symptoms relatively mild.

He ends the posts by saying “be safe and be cautious.”
