Jackson Madison Co. Bicentennial Committee set to host 'Heritage Day' in Medon this Saturday

MEDON, Tenn. (WNBJ) - The Jackson Madison County Bicentennial Committee will be hosting a ‘Heritage Day’ in Medon this Saturday, May 14th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.


The Bicentennial Committee is celebrating the 200th birthday of the city of Jackson and Madison County.


Organizers are planning Heritage Days to commemorate their history.


Attendees will be able to participate in arts, crafts, and history booths about the city of Medon.


Visitors will enjoy food and dessert trucks. Fire trucks will be on display and jumpers will be available for children.


The Medon Heritage Day event is located at 25 College Street.
