Grammy-Nominated Singer-Songwriter LOLO Hosts Listening Party for New Album "X" in the Hub City.

Singer, songwriter, and hometown hero LOLO debuted her new album right here in the hub city today. Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Lauren Pritchard-Cobb, known to her fans as LOLO, celebrated her hometown’s rockabilly roots with the release of her new album, “X.” Lauren Pritchard-Cobb (singer, songwriter) stated, “obviously, there is so much music that comes out of Jackson, and it comes from Jackson into the whole world. For a very long time and I was raised with that.”
The community grooved along to the soulful songs during the intimate listening party. Lauren attributes the sound of this album to the long history of musical roots here in Jackson. Lauren Pritchard-Cobb (singer, songwriter) informed us, “and.. The inspiration comes from this beautiful city that we live in. That’s helped birth so much music out into the world and influence what we now hear as rock-n-roll. What we think of as modern music. It really all stemmed from the roots of this area.”

Lauren Pritchard-Cobb (singer, songwriter) explained, “coming up next, we’re actually going to have the official album release show. In the new year it’s actually going to be Friday February 11, at the hub city brewing company. After that there’s new LOLO originally music coming out in the summer of next year. And a LOLO Christmas album coming out next Christmas.”
