City of Jackson's mayor office seeking to fill district four city council seat
JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - The city of Jackson's mayor office is now accepting resumes to fill the unexpired term of the late District Four Councilman Harvey Buchanan.
The person appointed to the seat will serve until the next regularly scheduled municipal election.
Those who are interested in applying will need to meet the requirements set by the state of Tennessee and must be a resident of district four.
Resumes must be submitted by December 21st to the office of the mayor at mayor@jacksontn.gov.
