Blue Suede Shoes & Red Hots Rides Car Show rolls into downtown this Saturday

JACKSON, TN (WNBJ) - The Parkway Christian Auto Club of Jackson is hosting the Blue Suede Shoes & Red Hot Rides Car and Truck Show this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Madison County Courthouse.

Door prizes will be given away, concessions will be available, and goody bags will be handed out.

The car and truck show will have a variety of vehicles out on display.

Organizers of the event are excited about the show and the opportunity to raise funds for the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

“We got hot-rods, street-rods, rat-rods, we’ve got new muscle cars. The public is invited to come on down to the Madison County Courthouse, Courthouse Square, we will be set up here, with all these beautiful cars,” said Gary Lentz, the Secretary-Treasurer of the Parkway Christian Auto Club.

The event is free to the public, but donations are encouraged.

All proceeds will benefit the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

If you would like to enter your car into the show, registration is 20 dollars.
