LIFT Wellness Center hosting 5K Walk/Run

LIFT Wellness Center will be hosting a Commitment Day 5K Run/Walk on Tuesday, January 1. In addition to the Run/Walk, participants will enjoy a hot chocolate bar and medals will be awarded to the top male and female in each category. The cost to participate is $25 if you pre-register and $30 if you register the day of the race.

Participants may register online at https://racesonline.com/events/lift-commitment-day-5k/registration or on the day of the race from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Packet pickup will be available on race day from 8:30 a.m. –9:30 a.m. The Commitment Day 5K Run/Walk will begin at 10 a.m. at LIFT Wellness Center, 101 Jackson Walk Plaza.
