Heat has pounded West Tennessee this week. Contractors and Mechanic may be used to the heat but still take safety precautions. Plenty of water and know when to take a break. Milan is about to get wet. This week the city will open its new Splash Pad. The facility is family friendly with tables and benches. It's ready just in time for the Fourth of July weekend.
