While shopping malls across the country are closing or re-inventing themselves, the Old Hickory Mall in Jacksonville is thriving in the summertime heat. Most give credit to community support. It's mid-year and 150 new laws are set to hit the books in Tennessee on July 1st. One of those laws is designed to cut down the size of the local prison populations.
