Tacos 4 Life Expanding to Jackson

JACKSON, Tennessee —Tacos 4 Life, an Arkansas-grown taco restaurant with a mission to help end world hunger, is opening its first restaurant in Tennessee. Expected to open in late June 2018, the restaurant will be located in Jackson as part of the Columns II development.

“We are rapidly expanding our brand and have been eager to open in Tennessee for quite some time,” said Austin Samuelson, owner and founder of Tacos 4 Life. “As we enter new states, we look forward to getting to know these communities and sharing our mission and menu with them. I am positive that Jackson will be a wonderful addition to our Tacos 4 Life family.”

Haag Brown Commercial secured the land in Jackson and helped coordinate the location with Tacos 4 Life as it expands into the Tennessee restaurant market. The restaurant will be located at 1495 Vann Dr. off I-40, lending exposure to approximately 47,000 cars each day.

“The Jackson Tacos 4 Life project is an exciting one for us at Haag Brown Commercial for a couple of reasons, but mostly because of the people we are getting to work with,” said Joshua Brown, principal at Haag Brown Commercial. “We are enjoying working closely with the Tacos 4 Life team, Gary A. Taylor Investment Company on behalf of Columns II and the franchisee, Robin Nix. These people are doing things with eternal implications and it is exciting to play a small part in it.”

With the new Jackson location, Tacos 4 Life is now in four states including Arkansas, Texas and North Carolina. Tacos 4 Life plans to continue expanding in Tennessee throughout the next several years.

“I have wanted to bring Tacos 4 Life to Tennessee for a while now and I am so excited that it is finally happening,” said Robin Nix, franchisee for Tacos 4 Life. “I know the people of Jackson will love our flavorful menu and incredible mission.”

The way Tacos 4 Life works is simple – for every taco, quesadilla, salad, nachos or rice bowl sold, 22 cents is donated to Feed My Starving Children. This cost is equivalent to the cost of one meal for a hungry child.
