Road construction on Highland Round A-About has been underway for about three months. You might think that road work on the Round-A-Bout would hurt business. At least two merchants say foot traffic is up. Bird Watchers from near and afar came to the Hatchie Refuge to observe. More than 250 birds are expected to be spotted over the over the weekend. Rain or shine, bird watchers are committed.
