TBI releases "recent pictures" of Steven Wiggins, says reward for his arrest increases to
The TBI says these are the most recent pictures of the person of interest in this week's fatal shooting of Sgt. Daniel Baker of the Dickson County Sheriff's Department. The TBI adds the photos were taken "several days before Wednesday's incident in Dickson County."
