Jackson Police Charge Woman with Reckless Endangerment in Ongoing Investigation
Jackson police have charged Angela Henly, 54, of Jackson, TN, with Reckless Endangerment in an ongoing investigation.
On May 19, 2018, around 3:15 p.m., police were called about a theft of services at Unique Nails, located at 480 Wiley Parker Road. The investigation thus far has shown that Henly entered the business and received services. Afterward, Henly refused to pay. The victim, an employee, attempted to prevent her from leaving by standing at the rear of Henly’s car. Henly then drove away from the business with the victim clinging to the car. Henley drove to the area of Tinker Hill Drive, which is about a half mile away. She and a passenger then assaulted the victim. The victim was treated and released from a local hospital. Police arrested Henly on the scene for Reckless Endangerment, which is a felony. Henly was formally arraigned May 21 in Jackson City Court and released from the Madison County Jail on $15,000 bond. The investigation remains ongoing, and additional theft and assault charges may be filed.
