Jackson Police need assistance identifying a shoplifting suspect.

On February 25th, a heavy set white female with long dark hair who was carrying a large black purse shoplifted nearly $1,100 worth of merchandise from 1131 Vann Drive, Kohls. The female selected several items of clothing and entered the dressing room. When the female exited the dressing room she only replaced three items on the shelves. Her once empty purse appeared full. The white female exited the store at which time loss prevention attempted to stop her. The female would not stop for loss prevention and entered a older model red four door vehicle and fled the lot. The suspect stole approximately $1077.00 worth of merchandise.
