Gov. Haslam and Chamber of Commerce announce Southwest Tennessee Reconnect

Governor Bill Haslam along with the Jackson Chamber of Commerce announced the launch of the Southwest Tennessee Reconnect, a program aimed at helping working adults in West Tennessee go back to school.
