Deputy Arrested on Domestic Assault
Madison County Sheriff John Mehr confirms that Madison County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Shane Paar has been arrested.
He was allegedly accused of simple domestic assault, involving his Son.
The incident occurred at 11:06 this morning at 61 Madelyn Cove in Oakfield.
Deputy Paar has been placed on Administrative leave and suspended with pay.
He will be arraigned in Court Monday.
The case is still under investigation.
