Rules:
1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the WNBJ Great Movie Giveaway Contest, enter in the form on WNBJ’s website at WNBJTV.com or on WNBJ’s Facebook page at WNBJ TV. Participants may enter the drawing once until the contest ends on April 3rd.
2) All entrants will be entered into a random drawing for the ticket prize pack, which includes 4 tickets to the April 10th event.
3) Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted April 4th. Judges' decisions are final.
4) Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 5 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. WNBJ reserves the right to forfeit the prize after notification for any reason. All tickets and prizes will be mailed to winners at the address they provide.
5) No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one winner per household or family.
6) Contest open to Tennessee residents residing in the following counties: Madison, Henderson, Chester, Hardeman, Haywood, Crockett, Gibson, Carroll, Benton, Hardin, McNairy, Weakley, Dyer, Fayette, Tipton. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of WNBJ, their affiliates, subsidiaries, other television, radio, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contestants who have won a promotion from WNBJ TV within 24 months prior to April 3rd 2019 may be disqualified.
7) For name of prize winners, send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to WNBJ-TV, 101 N Highland Ave, Jackson TN 38301 after April 4th, 2019. Requests must be received by June 1, 2019.
8) WNBJ TV reserves the right to cancel contest at any time, without prior notification, under any and all circumstances. WNBJ TV also reserves the right to award or forfeit prizes to any eligible contestant.
